How It Works

Receive 1 stamp for every purchase of $20 or more (before taxes) at participating businesses. 1 stamp per transaction.
Collect 8 stamps from 8 different businesses listed on the passport.
Fill out your contact information once your passport is complete.
Submit your completed passport at a ballot box in any participating business to be entered into the prize draw.
You may complete multiple passports to increase your chances of winning.

The Downtown Construction Passport is presented in partnership with the Town of Grimsby, the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown Reimagined.

Terms & Conditions

All completed passports will be entered into a random prize draw during the first week of October 2026.

The Downtown Grimsby Passport Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the Downtown Grimsby BIA are welcome to participate but are not eligible to win prizes.

The program runs from July 13 to September 30, 2026. Completed passports must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 30, 2026.

Participants must collect stamps from participating Downtown Grimsby businesses listed in the passport. Each business may provide only one stamp per passport.

A minimum of eight (8) stamps from eight (8) different businesses is required to qualify for entry into the prize draw.

Stamps must be received at the time of purchase. Stamps will not be issued for previous purchases with a receipt.

Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their passport.

If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the winner with valid ID.

Prizes will be awarded in the form of gift cards to Downtown Grimsby businesses.

By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name and photo for promotional purposes related to Downtown Grimsby initiatives without additional compensation.
